8 oz. pkg. Fossil Farms Hickory and Applewood Smoked Duck bacon, vacuum packaged and frozen.
Made with Magret duck breast, fully cooked
Cured with: Salt, brown sugar, sodium phosphate, spices, and sodium nitrite.
Convection Oven: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place bacon in a single layer, onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake for 12 -15 minutes.
Stove Top: Preheat skillet on medium-high heat. Place bacon single layer into skillet. Fry for 4 minutes. Turn over and fry for an additional 4 minutes.
