Description
USDA Choice grade beef hanging tender weighing approximately 20 oz.  Each hanger steak has the vein removed, cut and trimmed, and cut into two pieces.  Vacuum packaged and frozen.
Remember to cut against the grain when cutting a hanging tender steak!
