Ingredients
● 1 lb Buffalo Steaks
● 5 Garlic Cloves, Minced
● ¼ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
● ¼ Cup Light Brown Sugar
● ¼ Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
● 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
● 1 ½ Tsp Coarse Grain Dijon Mustard
● ¾ Tsp Ground Black Pepper
● Kosher Salt
Directions
Toss all ingredients, except steak and salt, into a gallon zip lock back. Shake bag to combine.
Add steaks to Ziplock, submerge in marinade.
Let sit for 12 hours, agitating ingredients occasionally.
When ready to cook, bring out steak and let stand until room temperature.
Cook any way you want. It’s going to be delicious.
While the steak is resting, bring remaining marinade to a boil in a small saucepan. Let boil until it thickens slightly.
Drizzle marinade reduction on top and serve with your favorite sides! (I’m a fan of roasted root vegetables and garlic skin on mashed potatoes.)
