Garlic Rosemary Marinated Lamb Chops


●     1 Tsp Grated Lemon Zest

●     2 Garlic Cloves mashed into paste

●     ½ Tsp sea salt

●     1 ½ Tsp Chopped Fresh Rosemary or ½ tsp dried

●     1 Tbsp Olive Oil

●     Four Lamb Chops


  • Preheat Broiler.

  • Combine zest, garlic paste, rosemary, olive oil, and pepper to taste.

  • Rub Lamb Chops with marinade, allow to sit for 30 minutes.

  • Broil Chops on Broiler pan about 4 inches from heat for 4-5 minutes per side. (Steps 5 and 6 Optional)

  • While broiling preheat cast iron skillet with small amount of oil on medium high heat.

  • Pull out lamb chops and sear each side.

  • Let rest, serve with your favorite sides.
